Tyagi, IPS (Retd), Former Commissioner of Police, Mumbai. Shri R. D. Tyagi IPS, (Retd) has a long track record of distinguished and dedicated service in the field of Security and Law Enforcement. Our organization comprises of dedicated Retired Police Officers from elite Mumbai Police Force and Armed Forces.

The Organization imparts training to its personnel in basic duties of Security in all its dimensions, discipline and elementary laws pertaining to the security aspects, which are of great value to perform their duties with confidence. They are also trained in basic Fire fighting and rescue duties.

Our company has been granted Exemption by the Government of Maharashtra u/s. 23 of Maharashtra Private Security Guards Act 1981 vide Industries and Labour Departments Resolution No. SGA-1098- (3413) (65) / Lab-5 dated 01/03/1999, and 2001/AG/00085dated 30th October2001 & dated 6th March 2010.We are registered with the Security Guard Board for Greater Mumbai & Thane District vide Registration No 65/99. The Company has been granted License by the Competent Authority (i.e. Commissioner of Police, Greater Mumbai) for carrying on Private Security business as required under Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act 2005.

The Commissioner of Police Greater Mumbai has granted the Arms License to the Company for possessing twenty seven 12 Bore Guns vide PER-PRO Fire Arms License No BO/2010/MAY/PER-PRO/98. The Company is in possession of its own 12 Bore Guns.

We are already providing Armed Guards to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Maharashtra State Co-op Bank Ltd, Syndicate Bank, Citizen Co-Operative Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Saraswat co-operative Bank, Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank, ACE Co-operative Bank, Vaishya Co-operative Bank and IDBI Bank. We also have Cash-Van Services. At present we are providing Cash-Van Services to Banks and Foreign Exchange Companies. We provide specially built bullet resistant Cash Vans.

The company aims at providing extensive and varied services in the field of Security and Protection to Individuals, Business Centers, Factories, Plants, Banks, Hotels, Hospitals, Housing Complexes and transportation of valuables including cash in transit by providing highly trained and well equipped Security Guards. The company envisages to meet the needs of Private Security involved in all spheres of business activities. The company also carries out detailed surveys of Security needs for laying down conceptual and tactical strategy for providing total security. The company also undertakes to supply various types of gadgets, protections and security equipments such as electronic fencing, closed circuit televisions, sophisticated warning and detection system, command and control system, personal bulletproof vests, debugging devices and large variety of additional protection measures in accordance with the client’s requirements. The company also undertakes all types of private investigations including violation of laws pertaining to Trade Marks and Patents, Intellectual Property and also Investigations relating to Industrial Espionage, corporate Frauds etc. The company also undertakes comprehensive consultancy assignments in all matters pertaining to private security and investigations. The various units which are deployed on protection duties are regularly checked and monitored by our Mobile Patrols and Field Officers to maintain their alertness.

2. We are the only Security Agency who has its own training Manual. We provide 20 Days (Classroom) and 10 Days (Field) rigorous training to the Security Guards.
3. All our officers/Managers are retired Ex-Police Officers & Ex-Army Officers.
4. We are the only Security Agency who ensures that every post is checked daily once during the day & once during the night by our Rounder.
5. Every post is checked once in week by our Area Manager who interacts with the concerned Manager from the organization to get a feedback about the performance of the Security Guards.
6. If the Management is not satisfied with the performance of any Security Guard, we take the responsibility to replace such Guard within 48 hrs.
7. Our senior Managers being retired Police Officer maintain close liaison with the Police, wherever required.
